Andrea Anders
Anders, who was raised and born at Madison, Wisconsin but now lives in Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She graduated in 1993 from DeForest Area Highschool in DeForest Wisconsin. In 1997 she earned her bachelor of Arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. The year 2001 was the time she graduated with an M.A. in Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Anders as well as Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 through 2015. The two met while working on the set of the sitcom that has since been cancelled Joey. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed). The year 2001 was the time Anders made her debut as a theatre actress. Anders played the role of Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Also, she played Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. She also appeared on stage in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. Anders has also been seen in the two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody. Anders debuted on stage in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse production. Fat Pig shut down on July 1st, 2007 with her playing the accountant Jeannie. One of Anders her first appearances on television was the commercials for Dannon that ran during the early 1990s before returning after the year 2006. Anders is best known for her role on Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class as Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) who was the ex-wife of a football player. In both instances she appeared present on every episode, but the shows were cancelled. Anders has also made appearances as a guest on One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Also, she made brief appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders made an appearance in Numb3rs 2008 as well. Anders was a part of two TV pilots which did not succeed. Spellbound, News To Me. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera comedy about work written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
